Refund Policy

At Twin Springs Bali we strive to ensure that our herbal products meet the highest quality standards. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our refund and return policy carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Products can be returned within 5 days of receipt.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • Herbal products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to health and safety concerns.

 

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team on whatsapp +62 881-4604 458 with unboxing video, your order number and details of the issue.

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
