Shipping Policy

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1 business days after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive a confirmation email / whatsapp with tracking information once your order has shipped

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Bali Area : For Bali Area we do ship by Gojek Sent or Grab sent and JNE courier

  • Indonesia Area (except Bali) : We only accept sent by JNE

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

 

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

  • We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs clearance processes, or any other unforeseen circumstances.

  • If your order arrives damaged or if there are issues with your delivery, please contact us by Whatsapp +62 881-4604 458 within 1 day of receiving your package. Be sure to include Unboxing package , your order number and a photo of the damage.

  • In the case of a lost shipment, please contact us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
